OVT Ambassador Code of Conduct

Purpose

The Outdoor Vault Tactical Ambassador Program is built on trust, integrity, and community. All ambassadors are expected to represent OVT in a positive and professional manner while supporting the values of Faith, Family, Freedom, Hard Work, Personal Responsibility, and Respect for Others.

Professional Conduct

Ambassadors agree to:

Represent OVT positively
Communicate respectfully
Act honestly and ethically
Follow all applicable laws
Support fellow ambassadors
Protect the reputation of the OVT brand

Social Media Conduct

When posting as an OVT Ambassador, you may share:

OVT products
Outdoor experiences
Family-friendly content
Hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and outdoor activities
Personal stories and experiences

Prohibited Conduct

The following may result in removal from the program:

Hate speech
Harassment or bullying
Threats
Fraudulent activity
Illegal activity
False advertising
Misrepresentation of OVT
Discriminatory behavior
Activities that damage the OVT brand

Referral Integrity

Ambassadors must use only approved referral methods and avoid creating fake orders, self-referral abuse, or misleading customers. OVT reserves the right to review referral activity at any time.

Brand Representation

Ambassadors are encouraged to be authentic, tell real stories, share genuine experiences, and build community. We are looking for real people, not perfect influencers.

Ambassador Removal

OVT may suspend or remove ambassadors who violate program rules, damage the brand's reputation, engage in misconduct, or abuse referral systems. Removal decisions are at the sole discretion of Outdoor Vault Tactical.

Agreement

By participating in the OVT Ambassador Program, ambassadors agree to follow program rules, follow this Code of Conduct, represent OVT with integrity, and support the mission of Faith, Family, Freedom, and Outdoor Adventure.
